music
in the air tonight.
one of my favourite artists from the 90s is playing the rivoli tonight...and sadly, i am without a ticket. advanced ticket sales sold out in no time, but
apparently there will be a "few" available at the door. given the rivoli is just up the street from me, i think i have to at least try to get in. i mean, i loved
holly mcnarland when she came out...and i still do. to this day, i will still play 'numb' almost any time i pick up my guitar.
so, in honour of holly hitting toronto tonight, here is her video for numb, as well as her amazingly awes cover of phil collins', 'in the air tonight'. oh,
a small note to my time-pressed friends, if you're only going to spend the time to watch/listen to one, pick the cover. gorg!
