woofstock.
dogs galore as woofstock came once again this summer to toronto! if you’re a dog owner, and you’ve never been, you must! it’s the only time of year when i think the dog to human ratio is actually higher in the city. woofstock takes place in the st. lawrence market area (front st from yonge to jarvis) and is filled with vendors, shows, contests, free swag...and tons of wagging tails. we spent part of the afternoon sitting on the patio at the flatiron + firkin to dog and people watch. little did we know that sitting there left us open to several gawkers who were people/dog watching our table...specifically tiffany who was sitting with us. how ridiculously adorable is she?! the green mohawk and the sunglasses made my life.
as you can see, casey was a bit tired from the festivities, but had himself a great time. he even scored himself two shirts in which he looks quite handsome. pretty funny, we actually think he perked up after we put one on him on the way home.
if you didn’t make it out this summer, woofstock is hosting their first ever winter festival in november. i’m not sure how i feel about it all happening indoors...but i’m willing to give it a try :)
