let's go to the ex!

i'm a little late in posting it, but after a 5+ year hiatus, i finally made it out to the ex. here are the highlights:
  • the eats - we tried it all! deep fried butter (kind of like warm timbits), foot long corn dog, deep fried twinkie, taco in a bag, tiny tom donuts, mac and cheese (from the mac and cheesery, no less). don't worry, we packed tums.
  • the heat - seriously, maybe one of the hottest days to go. we were melting.
  • the games - the water gun/target was our specialty! i have a weiner dog (affectionately named 'weenie') to prove it.
  • the foot massager - no seriously. best thing ever. for twenty five cents, the 'footsie wootsie' would shake the hell out of your feet and legs. it kind of hurt...but when it was finished, we did actually feel refreshed. seriously. cheapest and best spend at the ex!
  • the carnies - need i say more?

*LOL* at the cut outs that you guys poked your heads through...did you try the deep fried pickles?

oh forgot to mention how much i miss the ex...haven't been there in eons...can we do it together next year?...your pics brought back memories from when i worked there...

no, we didn't try the pickles...you know you can order those at the village inn, right? :)
