yesterday a friend asked me if i wanted to go see pearl jam in august. i declined, because i need to be more financially responsible. yep. me. more financially responsible. the whole thing makes me a little sick. i don't think i've ever turned down a concert before. music is my life. when i was at my lowest point this morning, i stumbled across this website. 100 bands in 100 days. needless to say, this guy is my new hero.

oh, if only it were a hacker! but with apt hunting and sunny-time vacation coming up, i have to be a little more (le sigh...) responsible. boo burns.
